Mining People International (MPi) are a niche technical recruitment partner supplying staff to some of WA's most prominent gold, nickel, lithium, copper & iron ore mines and Explorers as well as Mining Contractors.
MPi was conceived out of frustration by our founders, who were successfully working in senior mining roles at the time and disappointed by the lack of quality candidates they received from recruiters.
Fast forward 25 years and we are grateful to be a flourishing and well respected staffing solutions provider who once again needs to add to our team to continue to meet the ever -increasing demands of our loyal client base. We need experienced recruiters for our Professional and Technical business units. More specifically in our Geology , Process and Maintenance andMining Engineering areas.
We are preferred providers to more clients than most other agencies our size. We have earned the respect of our candidate database over 25 years and you will be hard pressed to work with a more comprehensive one in WA mining recruitment. You will learn more about staffing a mine here than you probably will learn working in one and you will be supported to be a trusted partner to our clients.
