Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for making the project success by planning & implementing of 5M (Man, Materials, Money, Machines, Method to made available within the planned budget & given time frame),
• Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project,
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Confident decision-making ability,
• Lots of initiative to be taken to start & complete the task within the time frame,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Great organizational skills,
• Evaluate, organize and prioritize workload within a schedule and the resources,
• Create or arrange and finalize designs / drawing in house or by outsourcing to meet project requirements,
• Create accurate Bill of Materials,
• Define equipment and parts from external suppliers. (Provide complete data for the RFQ, Technical clearances as per the Codes & standards to be followed in that particular project & raise the PR, follow up the orders, expedite till it reaches to the End user)

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, (B.E. /B. Tech with +12 Years of relevant Experience,) OR Dip. In Mechanical Engineering with +18 years Exp.) from recognized institution
