About the role

We are looking for a Contract Supervisor to manage a team of experienced contractor's onsite to maintain the structural integrity of the plant.
This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience whilst fostering a collaborative team culture on site.

Reporting to the Superintendent Site and Building Services and working in a diverse team within the asset management team, you will be:
- Leading a team of contractors to perform a broad range of activity's
- Be a safety conscious operational leader
- Have good organisational skills
- Be able communicate with a wide & varied audience
- Actively complete safety audits (CRM) on a daily basis with the contractors
- Ensure all contractors have the necessary qualifications for the role they are undertaken
- Plan work periods for the Acra budget to meet the timeline schedule
- Cost control of the maintenance budget for projects undertaken
- Develop planning schedule for projects which have complexity ie multi-discipline
What you'll bring
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- A strong technical engineering background
- Trade background would be beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
