Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and budgeting for the maximized utilization equipment fleet. You'll also deal with both day-to-day and long term fleet related issues focused on improved equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programs.

District Overview

TIC is a Kiewit Subsidiary that provides direct-hire construction services for industrial projects. TIC Denver has projects in Power, Industrial Manufacturing, Oil Gas Chemical, and Mining across the United States. Its projects range from small capital work up to major EPC projects. We are looking for people committed to the construction industry and not design as this is an "open-shop" environment.

Location

This position is based at our Aera Belridge Project located in McKittrick, CA 93251.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crews understand and comply with all federal, state, and company health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Long/short range equipment planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Use reliability and failure analysis data to increase equipment availability and reliability.
• Interpret parts and service manuals for proper and timely diagnosis and repairs.
• Ensure accurate record keeping of daily tasks performed by maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Diesel Technology or similar in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7 plus years of field related experience.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate as required.
• Strong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in both office and field environments.
• Ability to freely access all points of a construction or mining site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
