Position summary
The purpose of the Senior Performance Analyst role is to prepare management information for the BSC leadership team and BSC Customers, report on and support continuous improvement initiatives, and integration projects. As a key member of the Strategy team, you will gain exposure to the BSC leadership as well as our senior customers and stakeholders.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce or accounting
  • Professional Membership of CA, CIMA, or CPA
  • Project management, change management or Lean training preferred but not essential
  • At least 5 years' experience in business reporting / management accounting
  • Shared services experience or experience in large volume / complex organisations highly regarded
  • Experience with large scale ERP systems

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Undertake the group reporting function of the BSC activities which include:
    • Preparing management reports and data analysis of BSC activities for the BSC leadership team, eg. the monthly Balanced Scorecard and the monthly CFO management report.
    • Preparing Customer management reports and data analysis of BSC activities, such as the quarterly Service Level Reports in accordance with the BSC SLA, and the Top Down Report - Purchase to Pay metrics.
  • Deep dive into KPIs and metrics to understand key drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Support the BSC leadership team with Customer discussions, including providing information for the quarterly Customer Council.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with BSC function data analysts and support them in preparing SLA and OLA data collection and analysis.
  • Support the Process Improvement Specialist in the deployment of continuous improvement tools and practices within the BSC.
  • Support the integration of new work scope into the BSC in collaboration with the GSAT team
