Lead Document Controller - Fixed term contract
Work Location: Perth

An amazing opportunity to join our Iron Bridge Projects team and Lead our document control function
Key accountabilities will include:
- Process and manage Document Control requests
- Manage Controlled Documents throughout their lifecycles
- Manage statutory documentation
- Manage company documents and records
- Oversee and assist with archival management
- Manage library artefacts
- Monitor process compliance and resolve as required
- Provide day-to-day leadership, expertise and direction to Document Control team
- Provide input into team strategies and plans
- Oversight of business support for document and records management
- Oversight of supporting business documentation
- Oversight of supporting training documentation
- Facilitate relevant training for key customers
Qualifications and skills required:
- At least 5 years of relevant Information Management, document and/or records management experience in a senior role
- Significant experience of document & records management systems
- Significant experience of Major Projects Delivery in Resources
- Proven leadership skills
