Accounts Payable Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level of a rapidly expanding, dynamic, global green energy business. Fortescue Future Industries is currently undertaking a rapid expansion and are seeking applications for an Accounts Payable Administrator.
Reporting to the Superintendent Accounts Payable, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing the invoice folder email inbox and all paper invoices sent via post

- High School Certificate
- Strong exposure to Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Reliably meet daily work targets
- Strong numerical and communication skills
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to develop working relationships across all sites and external stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other Accounts Payable staff to deliver individual performance goals / objectives to expected timings and quality in the process
- Process invoices on a daily basis with attention to detail and accuracy
