About The Role
WorkPac are seeking a Site Project Administrator to Rio Tinto's advanced exploration project Winu, located in the eastern Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Complete flight and accommodation bookings using INX InFlight.
- Monitor and oversee journey management plans to and from site.
- Organise site entry access for personnel.
- Ensure up to date qualifications in SAP.
- Provide administrative support to project teams.
Skills & Experience
- Recent site-based project administration experience.
- Experience working in remote project teams on exploration or mine sites.
- Working knowledge of INX InFlight and SAP will be highly regarded.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- WA C Class Driver's Licence.
