CSG Talent is partnered with The Major Mining company developing large scale mining project. You will be responsible management and coordination of suppliers to meet the Company's goals in regards to management / administration of construction contracts (tailings,  concentrator, non process buildings, exploration etc. & managing contracts team up to 20 people at Site)

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience – 12-15 years - in contract management and contract administration on a scale more than USD 500 mln.
  • Experience in the establishment, development and mentoring of a local nationals contract department team.
  • Major EPC project execution experience.
  • Should have strong skills in Contracts Management, administration and negotiation of change orders/claims.ce in the FSU region will be advantageous but not essential.
  • Advanced English language documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Well-developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures and contribute in a meaningful way to the Project team.
  • Sound understanding of relevant business, legal system, commercial and company law, immigration, man-power, tax, importation and mining regulations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense.
  • Reflects high degree of independent and creative judgment applied to highest-level goals and objectives of the company.
