The Competence Center Materials (CCM) Performance Analyst role is based in Irving, TX and reports directly to the Director, Performance Improvement - CCM.

The CCM Performance Analyst will be tasked with assisting in the creation and analysis of performance reports that aid our aggregates and asphalt businesses in achieving best-in-class operational performance.  The Performance Analyst will also assist Regional Fleet Managers improve the performance of our mobile equipment fleets through optimized fleet planning and development of telematics usage.   

What you'll get to do
  • Work with regional CCM Performance Improvement Managers (PIM) to drive Operational Excellence across NAM Aggregate and Asphalt locations.
  • Support the CCM PMO in performance report analysis and creation.
  • Support PIM's in Performance Improvement visits through data compilation and analysis.
  • Actively participate in delivery of Aggregates Academy training to improve knowledge throughout our aggregate facilities.
  • Assist with the rollout, development and support of AOM at aggregate operations.
  • Improve use of Tableau reports based on input from Aggregate managers.
  • Produce & distribute Region / Area Performance KPIs.
  • Support regions and PIM's with Fixed & Mobile Maintenance Plans to improve plant availability.
  • Support Regions with the production of an annual Fleet Plan.
  • Organize & chair regular Fleet Management meetings.
  • Assist regions with alignment of global maintenance standards to local needs, provide support & track implementation.
  • Support Performance Improvement Managers with Operational Maintenance Reviews to ensure cost effective & productive use of fixed and mobile equipment.
Essential Experience and Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or related field or equivalent extensive practical experience in mining, maintenance, fleet management etc.
  • Field experience, ideally in quarry/mining operations, and good understanding of the business needs is a plus.
  • Experience in nationwide rollouts and execution of initiatives across a large group.
  • Ability to understand the operational, technical, commercial and financial aspects of the business and how they relate to each other.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP & Tableau experience a plus.
  • Technical knowledge of aggregate equipment a plus.
  • Strong process-orientation with ability to create simple, effective, well-structured processes.
  • Excellent change management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to coach and motivate peers without direct lines of authority.
  • Ability to execute improvement initiatives across NAM.
  • Strong bottom-line and result focus.

Work Environment
  • Role operates primarily a professional office environment but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
