Manufacturing Manager
Our client is a world class designer and manufacturer of building products with state of art equipment. Working with WorkPac, our Client is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for their Cabinetry and Kitchen Design sector based in Darra. You will be skilled in rolling out Production with experienced in cut & edge cabinet manufacturing, particularly in assessing and advising on machinery requirements and factory layouts.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to work with Senior Leadership to set up and create an efficient production environment and culture. The ideal Candidate will have a Carpentry, Shop Fitting or Cabinet Making Trade background having worked from all aspects of the trade in to a Managerial role.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Assure products are manufactured to specifications, quality and safety standards
- Develop and maintain production processes
- Communicate with maintenance personnel to assure best practice
- Achieve strong coordination within production area
- Work closely with General Manager to achieve company goals
- Manage Human res ource activities of production employees
- Trade Qualification as a Cabinet Maker or Carpenter
- Prior demonstrated success in a Production Management position especially related to cut & edge cabinet manufacturing, particularly in assessing and advising on machinery requirements and factory layouts
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Strong focus of improvement and development
- Quality control experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Sound computer skills
