WorkPac has partnered with Batchfire, seeking New to Industry Operators to join the production team at Callide Mine on a New to Industry Operator Program.

Local candidates are encouraged to apply. Must reside in Biloela or surrounding areas (within 70km radius of Biloela).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate mobile plant equipment, consisting of CAT 785, 789 and Komatsu 930 Dump Trucks
  
• Work Lifestyle Roster (4/5, 5/4, 5/5) Including PJ Day
  
• 12.5 Hour Shifts
  
• Maintain equipment
  
• Operate equipment safely
  
• Follow company policies and procedures
  

Successful applicants will possess the following:

• Commitment to safe work behaviours and adherence to site safety procedures
  
• A valid Australian Driver Licence
  
• Ability to contribute and work positively in a team environment
  
• Basic computer and numeracy skills
  
• Proof of residency in Biloela or within a 70km radius
