About the role

MRL is seeking a Systems Administrator to support our busy team in delivering and maintaining the key MRL Safety Systems to ensure future business needs and objectives are met.

You will;
  • Liaise with key operational and functional stakeholders to ensure Safety and Training Systems are adequately maintained, supported and developed to ensure continual improvement of the system adoption and utilisation.
  • Provide ongoing support for the wider business with the INX Software applications (InControl & InControl Mobile, InTuition & +LMS, InFlight & +Process, InForm, InViron);
  • Provide ongoing support to the wider business with ensuring new and existing Employees and Contractors are able to complete all online training packages within the MRL Learning Management System (LMS) as required;
  • Assist in the collation, recording and effective communication of Safety and Training data as required by stakeholders - including reporting and analysis activities;
  • Assisting other team members with the processing/upload of site generated training records, certificates or other training materials;
  • Be able to assist with the maintenance of the Corporate Document Control Register within Microsoft SharePoint. In addition, be able to perform editing of pages within SharePoint.

What you'll bring to the team
  • Certificate IV in OHS (desirable)
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Previous use of Safety and Training based systems, including:
    • INX Software Modules (key requirement - as much experience/knowledge as possible)
    • Learning Management Systems (Online Training)
    • ChemAlert
    • SAI Global
    • DMIRS Safety Regulation System (SRS)
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio)
  • Previous use of Microsoft Power BI (Desirable) and ability to extract and analyse data effectively;
  • Background knowledge of Health and Safety Principles, function and key objectives - including key performance indicators, corporate reporting schedules and requirements (highly desirable);
  • Background knowledge of Mining Industry Training Process (External NRT Process, Internal VOC & Familiarisations and other General Training requirements) and record keeping requirements (highly desirable).
