People Logistics Supervisor - Chichester - 12 month fixed term contract

Work Location: Perth

Roster: 8D/6R

Reporting to the People Logistics Superintendent - Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of People Logistics Officers providing flights and accommodation services focusing on the Chichester Hub in this Perth based role.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Supervise the People Logistics Officers and provide support during transactions and troubleshoot internal team queries.
  • Ensure staff are trained and supported in their roles
  • Maintain a high consistent level of service delivery to customers
  • Developing strong, co-operative internal and external working relationships with stakeholders
  • Conduct weekly and monthly flights and accommodation reporting identifying areas to improve utilisation
  • Manage and implement innovative technology functions to provide efficiency and a high level of customer service.
  • Develop, maintain and champion department processes and procedures.
  • Flight delay coordination

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a leadership position either in site accommodation or aviation operations
  • Strong analytic skills and a high attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skillset with experience dealing with multiple customers
  • Provide leadership by coordinating and motivating the team by setting daily KPIs and deadlines
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to managing multiple and competing priorities
