This role will play a key part in delivering a superior customer services to members in Co-ordinating and arranging the administrative processes for the production of the Enhanced Compliance Program.

- Providing general administrative support
- Provide technical and professional assistance with regards to analysing data and coordinating administrative processes
- Providing operational assistance
- Assist with implementation of Policy
To be successful in this role you will have the following: -
- Relevant administration qualification will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Customer service role in a call centre will be essential
- Experience in a fast paced data entry and processing environment
- Superior communication skills in English
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
