We are looking for a Crew Leader - Fabrication to play an important role in supporting their team in the day to day operations in a manner that focuses on safety, environment quality and the continual development of their team.

Reporting to the Superintendent Site Infrastructure and working in a challenging and exciting environment on Crew 14, Lifestyle roster you will be:
  • Using a proactive approach to safety and where necessary conducting accident / incident investigations, hazard studies and up-skilling your team in safety tools and their use;
  • Working with your team to develop a continuous improvement culture;
  • Leading a diverse team of operations personnel to achieve safety, environmental, and cost objectives;
  • Providing effective leadership in ensuring crew objectives / work schedules are maintained in line with production requirements;
  • Recognising training requirements of crew members and providing training opportunities;
  • Conducting performance reviews, identifying development and improvement opportunities for crew members;
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and maintenance of the BSL safety culture.
