Work location: Solomon Ex Perth
Roster: 8 days on and 6 days off
We are currently seeking Maintenance Engineer to work at our Solomon Processing facilities at our Solomon Operations in the Engineering Department. This position will require Mechanical Engineering experience within a fixed processing plant environment.

We are currently seeking Maintenance Engineer to work at our Solomon Processing facilities at our Solomon Operations in the Engineering Department. This position will require Mechanical Engineering experience within a fixed processing plant environment.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Being a safety leader and engage with personnel to drive a Zero Harm culture
- Manage all aspects of the Machine Risk Management Procedure (MRMP) & Structural Integrity Management Procedure (SIMP)
- Manage multiple Brownfield improvement projects
- Monitoring Asset Management KPI's, identify gaps in performance and recommend actions to resolve.
- Manage all aspects of minor Capital & improvement projects Brown fields environment.
- Providing technical input to the design process including management, process, design, and procurement
- Engaging with operations and maintenance personnel as a key team member facilitating operational and maintenance processes
Qualifications and skills required:
- Structural / Mechanical Engineering Degree/background, with minimum 3 years' experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Heavy industry experience preferably in Fixed Plant Ore Processing.
- Experience working on multiple Brownfield improvement projects.
- A strong knowledge of Reclaimers, Stackers & Conveying systems.
- Experience in conducting RCA's
- Defect Elimination, strong engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated involvement in managing design and fabrication contractors.
- Experienced in SAP is advantages.
- Prior experience working within operational teams on site is essential
- Minimum C Class manual drivers licence
