About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join Rio Tinto's Mines Productivity Program on a FIFO 5/2/4/3 roster to Paraburdoo.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Electrical, Instrumentation and Control (EIC) projects.
  • Independently manage contractor and designer EIC queries.
  • Review contractor proposals and evaluate vendor instrumentation, control system proposals, data schedules and assess instrument calculations.
  • Oversee the planning, design and implementation of multiple EIC projects concurrently.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong technical EIC capabilities and project management experience.
  • Experienced in contractor management in a fixed plant environment.
  • Tertiary qualified in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
