Due to continued success in securing major P3 projects throughout Canada and beyond, we’re looking for an exceptional Project Management Analyst to join our highly successful infrastructure team. Our projects & pursuits range in value up to $6B+ and are with a variety of high-profile clients giving our team a diverse and exciting workload.

How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Identify the trends and provide summary analysis and risk evaluation for upcoming projects and pursuits.
  • Assist with management of cash flow projections.
  • Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management s review.
  • Provide reliable on the job cost data to the estimating and proposals team for future bids.
  • Coordinate cash flow analysis with input from scheduling and finance team.
  • Providing scheduling and forecasting for operating budgets and running cost reports.
  • Understand the basis of the estimate and proposal process.
  • Continually monitor Project Risk and Change status to maintain current forecast.
  • Contribute cost control information to bids and proposals.
  • Liaise with Project team members and contractors with regards to progress and financial forecasting.
  • Providing Non billable costs reporting & analysis.
  • Developing a Weekly and Monthly department dash board for transparency.
  • Assisting with restructuring internal budgets.


What you will contribute?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Controls and/or Project Delivery, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of holistic cost control procedures and activities.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and well versed in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, PowerPoint, and more importantly Excel.
  • The ability to reconcile cost information as it applies to the programmes of work.
  • Proficient in the use of estimating, scheduling, programming and risk tools.
  • Proficient in the use of Earned Value Analysis.
  • Pro-active, decisive and confident approach to working with senior leaders and managers.
  • Maintain rapport and build relationships internally & externally.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Bilingual would be an asset.
