Entirely independent of any tyre manufacturer or supplier, we have continued to set new benchmarks in tyre management; delivering savings with uncompromising standards of quality, safety and professionalism.
As part of the broader business, Otraco International are a Registered Training Organisation. We offer industry leading training from our Training Centre based in Kewdale. Currently, we are seeking a Training Administrator to support our Training function.
POSITION SUMMARY
As Training Administrator your will provide strong administrative experience and support to our RTO while also bringing a positive attitude and strong team ethic. This position is an integral part of the team. You will be responsible for:

As Training Administrator your will provide strong administrative experience and support to our RTO while also bringing a positive attitude and strong team ethic. This position is an integral part of the team. You will be responsible for:
- Undertaking administrative duties to support the efficient operation of training services provided to clients and to comply standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs)
- Preparing a schedule of courses for the calendar year, and assistance in the allocation of trainers
- Database management and data entry
- Word processing of standard correspondence and business documents
- Maintaining files and reports such as training, personnel, safety, quality assurance, business and operational;
- Liaison with courses participants and other stakeholders
- Liaise with participants pertaining to online learning.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position you must have proven experience in an RTO related Training Administration position, preferably related to the resources industry. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Operational or administrative experience of at least 12 months in an RTO environment
- Understanding of compliance requirements, operational guidelines and RTO compliance requirements.
- Ability to work autonomously to undertake compliance for an RTO including file audits, mapping of training package material and knowledge of training and assessment rulings
- Experience in managing systems and procedures in an RTO environment
- Computer skills using the Microsoft Office Suite of Products: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to speak to people of diverse backgrounds
- Good communications skills, and the ability to work autonomously and part of a team
