Who we're looking for:

The Supervisor - Supply & Logistics is responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods throughout site, as well as the planning, layout, and security of the warehouse. Reporting to the Superintendent - Supply and Logistics you will lead the Supply team to deliver on departmental plans whilst ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.

Our ideal candidate would have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop team members to improve their knowledge, skills and relationships with stakeholders. Strong written and Verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You will need to demonstrate absolute commitment to safety, as well as drive and passion for continuous improvement and value creation through optimising processes and stakeholder relationships.

In addition, you would have the following:
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
  • SAP or alternate ERP system experience is essential
  • Journeyman Parts certification is desirable
  • Proficient in MS office
  • A Valid driver's license
