Position Description:

N evada Gold Mines is looking for an Underground Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the Underground Mobile Maintenance team at our Goldstrike mine site.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will repair and maintain a fleet of underground mining equipment including loaders, haul trucks, bolters, support equipment and various other mobile equipment and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of experience with underground mobile equipment preferred
• Consistent work record required
• Excellent attendance and safety record required
• Willingness to learn and work daily with underground mobile mining equipment required
• Possess own personal hand tools required
• Willingness and ability to work in a team-based environment and portray a positive work attitude required
• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, team-oriented and work with minimum supervision required

About Nevada Gold Mines

Nevada Gold Mines is a joint venture between Barrick Gold Corporation (61.5%) and Newmont Goldcorp Corporation (38.5%), combining their significant assets across Nevada to create the single largest gold-producing complex in the world and realize the full potential of these mines through synergies and best-in-class operational improvements.
