The Workforce planning and Sourcing Manager is a strong leader who is passionate about all things workforce planning, talent and resourcing. They are responsible for leading the success of recruitment, talent acquisition, attraction, sourcing and workforce planning in delivering WesTrac’s people requirements. The position is critical in the understanding market trends and challenges to develop long lasting and effective sourcing and attraction strategies to meet the business needs and expectations.

The role engages with multiple levels of leadership to develop and imbed workforce planning strategies to meet the current and future needs of the business while building strong long-lasting relationships. The Workforce planning and Sourcing Manager is motivated to continuously improve and drive the success of their direct reports as well as delivery of the day to day is meeting all relevant targets and is of the highest standards.

This is a full-time permanent role based at our office in South Guildford.

About you:
  • Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and/or related roles
  • High level of understanding in workforce planning models and strategies to support
  • Proven experience in leadership role
  • Previous experience in strategic recommendation papers utilising multiple lagging and leading indicators and data points to drive decisions
  • Flexible and adaptable approach – ability to work within a consistently changing and fluid environment, with strong interpersonal skills to communication and manage a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Exceptional grammar, verbal and written communications skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, attraction, sourcing and workforce planning
  • Exposure to EVP and marketing employer/employee brand
