We are looking for a customer focused, friendly and efficient Receptionist and administrator to join our team at our Dry Creek office. You will:
- Provide a friendly and welcoming service to both visitors and internal customers
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- Provide efficient administration support in a fast moving environment
- Co-ordination of deliveries
- Management of the uniform stock for all work groups, including picking and packing
- Holder of the key register
- Management of property issued from the stock room
- Co-ordination and ordering of stationery for the business
- Provide support to the Executive Assistant, including covering the role for annual leave
About you:
- Excellent customer service skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels both in person and in writing
- Ability to handle a high volume of work, with good attention to detail
- Good general office administration skills, including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to follow direction, as well as to prioritise and organise work effectively
