• 38 hours/week Mon-Fri
  

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Mechanical Pump Fitter for our client located in Yarrawonga. The successful candidate will be responsible for service, repair and installations of submersible pumps at both the workshop and on site.
An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service, repair and install submersible pumps
  
• Conduct pre-start checks on machinery
  
• Operate equipment safely
  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a similar role essential
  
• Desirable but not essential:
  
• Trade cert
  
• Working at heights
  
• Confined space
  
• First aid
  
• Forklift ticket
  
• White card
