A global client with operations and assets around the world is establishing a Centre of Excellence as part of their growth trajectory. At this time they are searching for a Project Manager (Mining) with a key understanding of the mining, industrial, process and CAPEX side of mining projects to join and assist on multiple projects in the company's portfolio. 

 

This role can be based almost anywhere in Western Europe and will be in a team of other specialists all lending their knowledge to the sites/company to improve the overall quality and consistency of their assets. 

 

The ideal individual will be/have: 

  • Engineer degree
  • Cooperation mindset and openness to listen to the input from different stakeholders (internal customers - management teams)
  • Demonstrated capabilities of reaching cost reduction and productivity by working on process improvement, development of new processes  
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to establish clear and structured project executive summary documents and project justifications
  •  Problem solving skills
  • Analytical and synthetic mindset
  • Good Knowledge in minerals processing
  •  > 5-10 years experience in project environments within mining, aggregates 
  • Participate in the Budget process, Forecast, S&OP.
