About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer with a Fixed Plant background to join Rioâs Asset Management team in Robe Valley. FIFO from Perth, 5:2. 4:3 roster, ongoing contract.
Duties include:

• Provide maintenance and reliability engineering support for mining fixed plant.
  
• Lead and conduct high level root cause analysis (RCA) for asset failures.
  
• Analyse performance data to identify and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
  
• Recommend strategies to support high levels of asset safety, reliability and integrity.
  
• Provide technical engineering support to site maintenance departments.
  
• Execute technical based projects to improve asset performance.
  

Skills & Experience

• Relevant Qualification in Engineering
  
• Mining experience
  
• Fixed Plant reliability experience
  
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Practical experience and an understanding of reliability concepts.
  
• WA C class Drivers Licence
