We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for business systems to join our team in Auckland.

About the role:

In this role, you will create, maintain and administer the Zero Harm and Assurance & Governance knowledge base on SharePoint to connect and engage users with Zero Harm and Management system content and resources. You will administer access to sites and complete all work within the framework defined including compliance with IDowner Governance Framework.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the delivery of IT projects
• Continuous improvement of the management systems and process using O365 as the technology base
• Drive the design, development, maintenance and BAU support using the O365 toolset
• Gap analysis, eliciting requirements, process mapping and stakeholder engagement / management
• Be product owner using Agile Methodology and integrating across the business while utilising best practise to enable change and sustainable business improvements

About you:

You have the ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment, good interpersonal skills, excellent time management, knowledge of best practice with Customer Service and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people in a professional manner.

You will have:

• Agile project experience
• Proven business analysis and requirements documenting experience
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience designing and operating the Office 365 platform (SharePoint Online, PowerPlatform, etc.) and related services
• Experience as a technical lead with proven ability to implement changes across teams and departments
• Strategic thinking, experience with roadmap design and backlog management, and the ability to translate requirements into design
• Proven experience automating repeatable activities with scripting (e.g. PowerShell).
• Experience working with application performance monitoring tools to enable optimisation, prevention and troubleshooting e.g. Microsoft Message Centre
