Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Administration Officer/Receptionist on a part-time basis in Perth. The work days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

As part of our Shared Services team, comprised of Finance, Marketing and Communications, and Human Resources, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

As the successful candidate, you will provide:

  • Quality administration / facilities services to clients and staff.
  • Building positive working relationships with clients and staff.
  • Exceptional customer service


Your responsibilities will include;

  • Coverage of Reception
  • Assisting with business proposals
  • Provide building inductions
  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail / couriers.
  • Arranging courier services.
  • Ordering various supplies
  • Delivery of supplies throughout the building
  • Maintain tidy presentation of facilities including meeting rooms
  • Furniture set ups / rearrangements / relocations
  • Servicing document archiving request
  • Servicing library requests.
  • Establish and manage working relationships with clients, team members and managers to ensure delivery of high quality of services


You bring to the role:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Passion for helping people
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate to others.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • May have or be studying toward a certificate in Business Administration
