About the role

We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to establish training pathways, materials and processes for our Mobile Service Equipment Immersive Simulators (LX6 & PRO 4).

You will;
  • Establish Simulator related Training Pathways in consultation with key stakeholders to support upskilling and entry level pathways in the business
  • Design and develop Training materials to support and record Simulator Training Pathways
  • Establish booking and scheduling processes for the Simulator project and track utilisation
  • Assist in transitions of simulator modules and set up of training activities
  • Coordinate effective and appropriate training and verification of competency processes
  • Provide adequate resources to support the implementation of the Training Framework across the business
  • Coordinate the integration of Simulated Training systems into MRL training programs
  • Generate reports to ensure stakeholders have clear line of sight on candidate progression

What you'll bring to the team
  • AQF Level 4 Business, Management or Leadership
  • Demonstrated experience performance evaluating, reporting, and consulting with stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong experience developing and implementing training programs and procedures
  • Immersive Trainer Advantage Level 3 (Desirable)
