LSI is looking to hire a Recruitment Project Manager responsible for full-cycle recruitment with an emphasis on direct sourcing candidates. This role is ideal for an experienced, professional recruiter who wants to manage their own desk, drive their own business, and be compensated directly (and well) for their efforts. We will provide you with infrastructure, tools, brand strength and a database of qualified candidates, contacts, and companies carefully curated over the past 12 years; all you need to do is execute.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: execute against a portfolio of search projects, across multiple mining verticals, jurisdictions, and job levels.
  • Business Development: Strengthen relationships within our current client base and develop a network of high-level, new client relationships through direct, proactive engagement methodologies.
  • Administration: Work within LSI's recruitment system to plan, manage and track all activities.

Skills & Experience:
  • Track record of success in recruitment with a strong bias toward direct sourcing of high-level candidates.
  • Experience in the mining industry (operators, consulting firms, etc.) is required, experience working in a 3rd party recruitment environment is an asset.
  • Very strong communications skills; French or Spanish fluency is an asset.
  • Detail-focused and process-oriented with a demonstrated proficiency with recruitment management system technology.
  • Self-managed and enjoys living in the trenches of business networking and direct sourcing.

This is a remote position and is open to all North American candidates.
