We are seeking a motivated and engaging Superintendent Site Services and Electrical to lead our site-based site services and electrical teams, accountable for the safe planning and execution of site services support of our Tom Price operations, as well as leading the statutory electrical compliance across mining and plant assets and leading the execution of electrical maintenance work for the Fixed Plant

Reporting to the Manager Operations and working in a challenging and exciting environment within the Tom Price Operations Department, you will be:
  • An inspiring role model and coach for positive behaviours, practices and processes, whilst providing leadership, development and support to your team
  • Engaging and collaborating with operational leaders across our sites and our key stakeholders
  • Leading site services activities from planning through execution and review, including the responsibility for contractor management
  • Leading statutory electrical compliance for Non-Process infrastructure across site services, mining and mobile equipment maintenanceLeading all aspects of electrical work in the Fixed plant environment including statutory compliance, planned and breakdown maintenance workFostering a culture of continuous improvement and supporting the team in the implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Developing, monitoring and controlling approved budget to deliver cost effective services that meet the business needs

Where you will be working

Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees. It is known as one of the most attractive towns in the Pilbara with a high school, two primary schools a hospital and a high standard of recreational facilities.
