We are looking for a Service Person to provide mechanical maintenance assistance services to the Mobile Maintenance Team, in a safe and efficient manner.

This role is a great opportunity to be a part of the Mobile Equipment Maintenance team who are responsible for executing planned maintenance activities.

Working 8 days on, 6 days off commuting from Perth and reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Shutdown Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Carry out scheduled lubrication and general maintenance on mobile equipment
• Assist with repairs on heavy and light mobile plant both in field and in the workshop
• Record machine hours and carry out lubrication and oil checks
• Carry out basic servicing, breakdown, planned and scheduled maintenance to all mobile equipment within the operations.
• Assist the mobile equipment maintenance team as required

What you will bring

• A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
• Previous experience in a mobile equipment workshop within the mining industry
• Australian Manuel drivers' licence
• Sound understanding of completing basic vehicle maintenance
• A strong safety comprehension and attitude
• High Risk Forklift Licence
