Reliability Engineer
Work location: Solomon
Roster: 8D/6R - FIFO ex Perth
The role of the Reliability Engineer is to provide technical support and drive reliability engineering techniques, data analysis, improvement projects and defect elimination for the heavy mobile equipment fleet.

Reliability Engineer
Work location: Solomon
Roster: 8D/6R - FIFO ex Perth
The role of the Reliability Engineer is to provide technical support and drive reliability engineering techniques, data analysis, improvement projects and defect elimination for the heavy mobile equipment fleet.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Leading the Defect elimination process on site to improve HME equipment reliability
- Manage a portfolio of projects that focus on improving safety, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency of our operations
- Understanding and improving the maintenance process from end to end (including input into work management and asset strategies)
- Providing technical support to maintenance execution teams
- Providing reliability and maintenance insight to leadership teams
Qualifications and skills required:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Mechanical or Reliability Engineering
- Condition Monitoring experience
- HME Mining experience
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical focus
- Excellent problem solving skills and continual improvement focus
- Knowledge of relevant Mines legislations and regulations
- Knowledge of computer management systems
- Planning, organisational, scheduling and coordination skills
