Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Planning/Reliability General Foreman, the Electrical Project Coordinator is responsible for improving the overall reliability of the electrical asset hierarchy. This position will be 8/6.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and initiate actions on both live feed data and other leading indicators ie; vibration monitoring, thermography, NDT etc.
Risk management, collect and analyze data to support and initiate predictive maintenance actions
Collaborate to develop the predictive maintenance program for electrical
Component tracking hrs. for rebuild, components failure follow-up with OEM, warranty tracking
Perform FMEA to improve PM program
Provide expertise to assist with expanding digital wireless systems to further monitor equipment health
Acts as an effective liaison with other departments such as Mill & Mine Operations, effectively build reliability into new installations/projects.
Contribute to the development of the annual operating maintenance budget. Monitors and controls costs within the budgetary guidelines. Assist in timely preparation of AFE justifications in compliance with the needs of the department and the approved capital budget.

Qualifications:

Trade certificate in Electrical, Instrumentation and/or; Post-Secondary education in electrical engineering, automation, etc.
Relevant experience in Mining, U/G Mining, processing facilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, CMMS (4Site, SAP, etc
Proficient in Condition Based Monitoring software (Pi, Seeq, Historian)
Knowledge of Maintenance & Reliability terminology and processes.
Effective communication skills (written, oral, listening)
Previous planner/ project management experience an asset
A high-level of organizational skills, confidence, and decision-making abilities
Ability to perform in a self-directed, fast paced, team environment
