Position Overview

Kiewit is seeking a highly motivated Data & Analytics Coordinator to join our marketing team. This position represents an opportunity join a dynamic team that supports more than $5 billion in annual revenue across the US, Canada and Mexico. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of company functions including engineering, operations, market research, business development, proposals and marketing and will build a solid foundation for career development in a number of fields.

District Overview

Kiewit Engineering Group, Inc is a full-service consulting and engineering firm serving the infrastructure and engineering markets. Our combined staff of more than 1,300 engineers and design professionals have expertise that spans all major engineering disciplines to serve transportation, power, water/wastewater, mining, building, and oil, gas & chemical markets. This position is based out The Woodlands, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Research, update and maintain historical project information for the power, industrial, water and oil, gas and chemical markets using companywide database platform.
    • Research includes mining existing experience records and interviewing internal subject matter experts.
    • Database updating and maintenance includes processing and refining information, writing short project summaries and data entry.
  • Assist in the development of meaningful metrics and accurate experience lists to support marketing and proposal efforts.
  • Supplement project experience with relevant photography and imagery using companywide digital asset management library.
  • Coordinate and draft award entries for outstanding projects.
  • Assist in reviewing, editing and updating website content.
  • Develop and maintain department management systems and document sharing/communication channels such as SharePoint, Smartsheet and Teams.
  • Maintain and update resume and project page templates.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or related field.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, organization, multi-tasking, critical thinking, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and understand the basics and dynamics of energy and water markets.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work well with colleges at all levels, including business development, engineering and operations staff, and executives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with working with large data sets and PowerBi is preferred.
