Our client, a well-known environmental consulting company with core specialization in groundwater and a heavy focus on the mining industry, has partnered with Lincoln Strategic to help identify hydrogeologists to join their team.

Since 1984, our client has provided services in Water Supply & Recharge, Mining/Environmental Hydrogeology, Modeling, Water Resource Planning, Water Conservation & Drought Planning, Water Rights & Surface Water and Data Management. They're looking for professionals with the following experience:

  • 20+ years of experience in the mining industry
  • strong track record in characterizing hydrogeologic conditions at hard rock mine sites, applying standard hydrogeologic analytical approaches and tools, and developing dewatering strategies for open pit and underground mines.
  • Graduate degree in hydrology, geology, or engineering
  • Professional registration (P.G. or P.E.)
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in teams
  • Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated technical writing skills and ability to present technical information in group/meeting settings
  • Experience processing and analyzing pumping test data
  • Experience working with geotechnical engineers to evaluate pressurization and mine stability
  • Ability to engage in professional organizations, including presenting at conferences
