About the role

Reporting to the Training Manager, the Training Superintendent to drive and support the MRL Group centralised training department to deliver a highly effective system and service that provides the necessary governance, risk mitigation and overall performance that is required for the organization.

You will
  • Provide support to the Training Manager in regards to all group training and assessment needs
  • Lead, promote and support the MRL Training System that provides the direction, system and processes for employee training.
  • Ensure accurate data is available to MRL stakeholders with regard to the Training system, compliance levels and workforce capability.
  • Ensure MRL Training systems are remain legally compliant, meet the needs of our people and drive the business forward
  • Build various stakeholder relationships across the organization, consulting and provide training solutions
  • Maintain supplier relationships whilst ensuring continued rigor in selection of RTO's


What you'll bring to the team
  • 10+ years in resources industry with VET focus
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • AQF Level 6 or higher in Management, Business or Leadership
  • Proven experience leading large scale training/development teams
