Our Client is the 6th largest silver producers globally with an annual capacity of 800 MT and also listed on the NSE and BSE.

JOB TITLE: Shaft Electrical Head

EXPERIENCE RANGE: 10-15 years of experience.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: B.E/B.Tech – Mining Engineering OR Electrical Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
The Shaft Electrical Head will be expected to carry out, including but not limited to the following activities:
•Ensuring high level of reliability of electrical power distribution system and automation considering the manpower productivity, EHS and efficiency
•Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications.
•Handling all engineering aspects for electrical and power distribution in line with process requirements
•Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering & construction practices followed in the industry.
•Prior experience of trouble shooting, maintenance, of automation & electrical systems for shaft of similar capacity with Koepe Winding System.
•Enabling integration from mine to mill with fully automated & remotely controlled electrical and automation systems.
•Clear understanding of DGMS regulations
•Knowledge of electrical systems, AC/DC drives, PLC components
•Awareness of electrical interlocks in winders, crushers, conveyors and mine loading systems.
•Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems.
•Knowledge of IT, network and associated peripherals.
