Field Technician Experienced
Work Location: Solomon
Roster: FIFO Ex Perth 8D:6R, 7N:7R
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Field Technician to join our team at Solomon Operations. This is a full-time position on an 8:6 roster with limited nightshift required, reporting to the Field Supervisor.
Your role will be to sample blast hole drill patterns and OPF/TLO output. This enables the accurate creation of blast hole mining models and tracking of all OPF/TLO product grades through the supply chain.

- Quality sampling from blast hole collars
- Sample collection from OPF and TLO
- Reporting accurate and timely data for all samples collected
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with other departments
Qualifications and skills required:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic. Willing to take on new challenges, and learn new skills.
- Must be physically fit.
- A team player with a 'can do' and collaborative attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Building multi-departmental relationships is key to the role
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Current WA C-Class driving license
