About the role

We are looking for an Advisor Executive Reward who will support the operational delivery of executive reward packages and calculations, including the maintenance of executive reward employment agreement templates, policies and processes.

This role is a great opportunity to join a global team of specialised reward experts. Reporting to the Senior Manager Executive Reward, you will be involved with:
  • Supporting the administration associated with delivery of the annual salary review process for the relevant executive populations
  • Engaging with external service providers that support the delivery of reward & HR case management for role band A C employees and Executive Committee members, including supporting the engagement of other internal stakeholders across payroll, finance and regional HR operations
  • Contributing to the completion of any market benchmarking and analysis as required for executive employees, to ensure robust target ranges and insight into relevant trends and practices in all jurisdictions
  • Supporting the delivery of executive reward training and related engagement programmes to the business
  • Contributing and participating in other ad-hoc reward projects as directed by senior members of the team.

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications Human Resources or Business related field
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy with strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on numerous simultaneous projects
  • Leadership capability with strong ability to empower and setup for success
  • Strong prioritisation skills and be adaptable & flexible
  • Effective time management and driven to achieve outcomes through solid influencing skills
  • Ability to handle confidentiality and highly sensitive information
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as in team environment

Where you will be working

The Area of Expertise for Executive Reward is responsible for the design and delivery of reward solutions for the Group Executive Committee and Role Band A-C employees, and offers global expertise in areas of remuneration, global mobility, benefits and share plans.
