Project work also involves completing geotechnical and civil aspects of alternatives analyses and feasibility studies as well as preparing plans and specifications, reports, and cost estimates. In addition, client management, business development, staff mentoring and coaching, project management, project planning and scheduling, and workload estimating are part of this role. It requires periodic out-of-town assignments.
