We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our team!

About the role

In your role you will support the HR Business Partners and line managers providing effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR Advisory Services within our Facilities Services & Utilities (FS&U) business by operating as the first point of contact for line managers & supervisors, nationally.

You will support line managers, HR Business Partners and frontline staff on a day-to-day basis. You will be the first point of contact for HR related queries for your area of responsibility. This is a hands on, operational HR role providing advice and guidance on effective people practices and championing delivery of a wide range of transactional services.

We are seeking applications from experienced HR Advisors with a minimum of three years proven ability to work within large diverse organisations. You will have good working knowledge across HR including employee relations, performance management, and remuneration.

About you

Your strong communication and collaboration skills allow you to form effective relationships across all levels of the business. Your self-managing style will see you succeed in this role. You will bring with you a self-driven focus and be someone who can take the initiative in a fast paced and busy environment A tertiary qualification in HR is preferred however what's more important to us is your hands on experience as a HR Advisor. No day will be the same; this is a busy, fast-paced role as well as a great opportunity to progress your career with a successful team.
