Inland Aggregates is currently looking for a responsible, safe, and dependable  Haul Truck Driver to join our local team. You are responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of aggregate materials and watering of haul roads, stockpiles, and storage areas.

What You Will Get to Do:
 
  • Operate the haul truck to transport rock products to the plant and stockpiles as directed
  • Operate the water truck to water haul roads, stockpiles, and storage areas as directed
  • Utilize equipment in a manner to maximize productivity and minimize wear and down time
  • Operate other mobile plant equipment as needed (i.e. Water Truck, Rock Truck, Loader)
  • Work in all areas of the plant as needed
  • Report mechanical or maintenance issues with equipment
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures; perform daily equipment inspections, as well as identify and assist in correcting unsafe conditions
Who We Are Looking For:
 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Class 3 Alberta license with Alberta Air Brake Endorsement (Q)
  • 2 years prior haul truck (or other large mobile equipment) experience preferred
  • Previous experience in open pit mining operations and aggregate products is an asset
  • Ability to work different extended hours, holidays and/or overtime required
  • Able to work inside and outside in year-round weather conditions
  • Night shift and weekends will be required on rotation basis
