About the Role
To ensure company operations are undertaken safely in compliance with statutory requirements and in accordance with the company WHS system requirements. We are seeking Safety Advisors for a Shutdown in Gladstone at a Refinery Plant. This is a residential role to Gladstone.

About the Role
To ensure company operations are undertaken safely in compliance with statutory requirements and in accordance with the company WHS system requirements. We are seeking Safety Advisors for a Shutdown in Gladstone at a Refinery Plant. This is a residential role to Gladstone.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Performing Health and Safety requirements
- Participating in onsite Risk Management
- Performing Inductions and Training as required
- Ensuring compliance to the company WHS Policy, WHS Management Plan and Safety Procedures.
- Implementation of the company Fitness for Work Policy and procedures
- Ensuring all personnel, including visitors are site inducted in accordance with company procedures.
- Reporting and investigation of all incidents and accidents
- Leading Site Safety Inspections
- Providing internal training in Safety procedures to employees as required,
- Maintaining and managing project Safety records
To be successful in this role you will have the following: -
- Must be local to Gladstone
- Certificate IV WHS
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- 4-5 years site experience
- Ability to work closely with Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Proven communication & organizational skills
- Current Drivers Licence
- Industry Induction White Card
