About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Trainer Assessors for short term and ongoing positions to work in an Open Cut Coal Mine based near Biloela for an immediate start. Within this position you will primarily train New to Industry Operators on Haul Trucks, and also assist with verifying competency of skilled operators on machinery onsite as required. Machinery onsite includes CAT 789 Haul Trucks, EH4500, Hitachi 5000 and Komatsu 930E Dump Trucks.

Short-Term
  • Five days per week Dayshift only Roster
  • 12.5hour Shifts
  • Initial Accommodation Provided
  • 3 month contract with possible extension

Ongoing Position
  • Lifestyle Roster including PJ Day
  • 12.5hour Shifts
  • Initial Four Weeks Accommodation provided
  • Immediate Start for an ongoing position

Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 789 Dump Truck Skill
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Enterprise Trainer Assessor Skill Set
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
  • Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11
  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
