About Our Client:
Our client created Australia's toughest four-in-one excavator bucket 30 years ago. They have continued to re-engineer all excavator accessories such as blades, brooms and more.
About The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our client?s busy production workshop to weld new and repair excavator buckets.
This role would suit someone who is looking for local work and can commit to day shift (7am-5pm Mon to Fri).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be using MIG welding tools to fabricate new and repair excavator buckets.
Read and interpret basic drawing plans
Operate our clients forklift when required
Follow our clients direction and safety procedures on site
Be reliable and punctual in the role
Skills and Experience:
Welder Trade Certificate
Forklift licence
Have a manufacturing/production workshop background
Must have own PPE and welding helmet (client will be supplying tools)
Own reliable transport
Be able to work full time hours (not suitable for students)
