About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an Contracts Officer commencing immediately based within the Perth CBD. This position will be a Monday to Friday roster, for 12 months in duration.
There is currently an opportunity to join our Clients Facilities -Contract Management Team in Perth working as a Contracts Officer to assist in analysis and processing costs associated with our service contracts within the Iron Ore operations.

There is currently an opportunity to join our Clients Facilities -Contract Management Team in Perth working as a Contracts Officer to assist in analysis and processing costs associated with our service contracts within the Iron Ore operations.
Duties will Include:
- Working in a manner that demonstrates a commitment to achieving our goal of zero harm
- Monthly Reconciliation Reports, Cost Analysis, PO Raising
- Analysing spend associated with service contracts within the operations, including waste management,Non Process Infrastructure building maintenance and accommodation charges.
- Working with internal stakeholders to facilitate reporting needs on legislative and compliance obligations
- Overseeing budgeting, invoices and reconciliation for contractor services
- Responding to internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and provide guidance and support through to resolution.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Analysis and cost control experience
- Have experience working with SAP
- Experienced using Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage expectations
- A knowledge of business process and system application with Rio Tinto
- Current C Class Driver's License and Own Transport
- Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
