Role Details:

Reporting to the Paste Fill Coordinator: Underground Mining, you will be responsible for overseeing the underground Paste Crew with quality and timely underground mining support service.

This role is offered on a 8 days on 6 days off Fly in Fly out roster from Perth.

Duties of the role:

• Display a high level of knowledge and proficiency in supervising paste fill infrastructure installation and underground mining operation
• Actively participate in the delivery of training to the crew enabling skill development and growth in the operation.
• Support consistent achievement of production targets by working closely with the engineering and operations teams.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all task instructions & procedures ensuring that these are consistently adhered to in the operation of the mine, training personnel, and ensuring that they are competent prior to completing works.

About You:
You will have:

• Prior experience with Paste Fill activities in underground mines is essential
• The ability to coordinate and supervise an underground mining environment
• Have a sound understanding of the paste fill operating cycle and hazards relating to paste fill operations as well as underground machinery
• Valid C Class Drivers License
• Current Dangerous Goods and Working at Heights card
