Who we're looking for:

We have an opportunity within the Mill Maintenance department for a Site Services Equipment Operator. Reporting to the Mill Maintenance supervisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Strong commitment and adherence to all Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Operating equipment and general labour duties - you will be required to get in and out of the equipment regularly to assist the crew on the ground.
  • Work closely with all department's equipment and facilities as necessary
  • Assist Pipefitters as required

The successful candidate will be a team player that works well with others and on their own, once trained. You will be able to perform tasks that require strength and stamina in extreme weather conditions and have excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with Loader, Dozer and Excavator with strong finishing skills
  • Must have experience to comfortably operate equipment around people on the ground
  • Valid driver's license required
  • An HEO Certificate and experience in Mining Operation is considered an asset
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision once familiar with requirements
